Beulah “Boots” A. Brown, 84, of Palmyra, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021 at home. Born Tuesday, June 1, 1937 in Delmont, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Marguerite (Kemerer) Newhouse. She was married 57 years to Woodrow “Woody” P. Brown, Jr.
A homemaker, Boots enjoyed crossword puzzles. She loved most spending time with family and was always willing to help. She also loved dearly and cared for her cat, Cheyenne.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter Melanie Brown of Palmyra; two brothers: Robert Newhouse and wife Marian, and Paul Newhouse and wife Gail; three sisters: Ruth Ann Heisey; Linda Shenfeld and husband Donald, and Karen Newhouse as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by a son Thomas Brown who passed away in August 1987, and two brothers: Wilson and Edward Newhouse.
