Bertha Minerva (Eberly) Oberholtzer, 88, of Palmyra, recently passed away at home. She was born Sunday, November16, 1924 in Newburg to the late George and Ina (Keeseman) Eberly. She was predeceased by her loving husband Leroy Oberholtzer. Bertha retired from Hershey Foods where she had worked for many years in the wrapping room.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 infant children; 3 brothers, John, Cloyd, and Walter Eberly; and 3 sisters, Susie Neidigh, Florence Laudermilch, and Grace McNeal.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 4th at 11 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Reverend Samuel Fry officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10:30 AM until time of the services. Burial will follow in Shenk’s Community Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown.
