Barbara Carter, 83, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. She was born Monday, February 5, 1940 to the late Woodrow W. and Rosie Lee (Griffin) Carter.
Barb is survived by her sister niece, Nancy Howden. She is predeceased by her siblings; sister Peggy Bochkay and brother Grady Carter.
Burial will be private at Bethel Cemetery, Wildwood, MO.
