Avery C. Lee
March 27, 1951 — June 19, 2025
Avery C. Lee, 74, of Elizabethtown passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Born in Denver, CO, he was the son of the late James and Jacqueline (Danneburg) Lee. He was the loving husband of six years to the late Paula E. (Lancaster) Lee.
Avery graduated from Northern High School of Dillsburg, class of 1969. He was a proud Army veteran and a patriot. Avery worked as a gunsmith, a craft that he took great passion in. He also enjoyed hunting wild game in Africa and learning Army language.
He is survived by his brother, Paul A. Lee (Jennifer); a niece, Meredith Lee Sullivan; a grand-niece, Aurora; and a grand-nephew, Kiefer. He is preceded in death by a niece, Erin Lee Shane, along with his wife and parents.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11:30AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA, with full military honors.
