Athelia A.L. Wood

Athelia A.L. Wood, 67, of Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at home. Born Tuesday, October 26, 1954 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Cornelia (Diehl) Wood.
Athelia was retired from Armstrong World Industries in Marietta. She was a former member of Eastern Amateur Arabian Horse Show Circuit. She loved all animals, especially horses and was a fan of the Miami Dolphins.
Surviving are two sisters: Margaret Di Pisa and husband Alfonso of Middletown, and Arlene Bair and husband Robert of Mount Joy; and three brothers: Richard Wood of Millersburg; Thomas Wood, Jr. of Bainbridge and David Wood and wife Lori of York.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
