Anna Louise (Surfield) Nissley, 91, of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016. She was the wife of the late John H. Nissley who died in 1987. She was born in Donaldson, PA to Thomas J. and Hannah (Boyer) Surfield.
Anna loved the staff at Lebanon ManorCare and appreciated the care she received. Anna was looking forward to being reunited with her beloved dogs.
Anna was also preceded in death by a son John Robert “Tony” Nissley and a grandson John R. Nissley, Jr.
She is survived by a grandson, Michael Nissley, husband of Amy of Annville and six great grandchildren.
Private services will be held in Colebrook Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Manheim. The family would like to express their appreciation to Lebanon ManorCare and Heartland Hospice for the loving care she received.
