Alissa M Plant

Alissa M. Plant, 52, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully, with family by her side on Thursday, November 21, 2024. She was born on Sunday, May 7, 1972 to Harold Plant and the late Dawn (Schroeder) Plant. She is survived by her loving wife, Kimberly Hollich, and their family of 3 and 1/2 cats and friend, Michael Wealand.

Alissa was a leader, creator, and larger than life personality. She chose to meet challenges in life directly and with courage. Alissa was an amazing music teacher and prolific musician. She led and sang in multiple choral groups, including directing The Cumberland Singers for more than 25 years and leading and performing in the women's a capella group, Anything But Quiet, for more than 10 years. More than anything, she was a loving and generous wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

In addition to her wife and father, she is survived by her sisters, Megan Bliss (Richard) and Robin Plant; and nephews, Jacob and Jeremiah Bliss, Sebastien and Julien Hollich, and Nash Fuller; and niece, Natalie Fuller.

A time of visitation and casual sharing will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 2 PM – 4 PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
