Albert H. Walmer

Albert H. Walmer, 87, of Palmyra, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Hershey Medical Center. Born in Hershey, he was the son of the late Harvey and Lucy (Laudermilch) Walmer.
Mr. Walmer was retired from Hershey Chocolate where he was employed as a millwright. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII attaining the rank of Sergeant. Albert was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra, Union 464, retired and the Palmyra Fire Company.
Mr. Walmer is survived by a brother Robert E., husband of Joyce Walmer, Palmyra and niece Donna J., wife of Timothy Blouch, Palmyra.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Palm Lutheran Church, 101 West Cherry Street, Palmyra at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be held in the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment and Military Honors will take place in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville at the convenience of the family.
