Adella Patricia (Chugin) Fasano was born in Greenport , NY in 1926. After 88 full years of life, she entered into her eternal rest surrounded by family on January 3, 2015. As a devout Catholic, she shared her love of God with family, friends and community.  As a faithful servant, she shared her love of God as a catechism teacher. She enjoyed volunteering for the American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, and the Contact Help Line. As a wife, mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother she cared deeply for her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all the family whose lives she touched. She had a passion for knowledge and never stopped pursuing an education.  She enjoyed a variety of activities and excelled at sewing, swimming and drawing.  As an outpouring of her love for music, art, swimming, travel and animals, she fostered the talents of her family by sharing these joys. In her lifetime, she traveled to all 50 states, finally reaching Alaska on her 80th birthday. In her youth, she was part of the war effort as a Rosie the Riveter for Boeing.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Blanch and John Chugin and by her two sisters, Zina and Clara Chugin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 8th at 11 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church, 1840 Marshall Drive, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 with Rev. David L. Danneker, Ph.D as Celebrant.  Burial will follow in Mount Tunnel Cemetery, Elizabethtown.  Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10 AM until time of the Mass.  Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown has been entrusted with the arrangements.
