Rosalie A. (Mcwilliams) Polsenberg

Rosalie A. (McWilliams) Polsenberg, 83, of Palmyra, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2012 at home with her loving daughter Lisarose by her side. She was born Thursday, October 24, 1929 in Philadelphia to the late Daniel and Roseanna (Hughes) McWilliams. She was predeceased by her loving husband Dolf F. Polsenberg in 2009.

She retired from the State House of Representatives where she faithfully served as an administrative assistant; was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit where she taught CCD for over 20 years; volunteered by caring for and teaching preschoolers at the Lebanon YWCA; enjoyed bowling in the Palmyra Leagues. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by a son, Daniel F. Polsenberg of Las Vegas, NV; two daughters, Annmarie Wileczek and her husband Ralph of Mullica Hill, NJ, and Lisarose Kreiss and husband Dane of Hummelstown; seven grandchildren, Melissa and Amy Polsenberg, J. Matthew and Michael Nagle, Devin, Daniel, and Dylan Kreiss. She was predeceased by two brothers, Arthur and Daniel T. McWilliams.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 19th at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 245 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 with Father James F. Podlesny as Celebrant. Family and friends are invited for viewing on Thursday, April 18 ^th from 6 to 8 PM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra and Friday from 9:30 AM until time of the service at the church. Burial will be private in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
