Larry Lee Raynes, Ii

Larry Lee Raynes, II, 56, of Rexmont, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, February 22, 2020.  He was born to the late Larry Lee, I and Sherri Lynn (Wert) Raynes.  He is survived by his loving wife Brenda (Bowman) Raynes.

Larry was a proud Army Veteran who served 1 term with a SP4 ranking.  He was an avid hunter and fisher who enjoyed guns, old cars, and working on cars.  He also was excellent at making breakfast and grilling for friends and family.  Most importantly he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children: Tara Reitz and husband John-Ross, Cortney Raynes, and Devon Raynes; grandchildren, Hailey Bowman, Analiese Reitz, Lucas Reitz, Selena Reitz, Carter, Sky, Ella and Logan Raynes; sister, Robyn Hare; and several nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 5-7PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Burial will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on February 27, 2020 at 10:30 AM with Pastor David Cunningham officiating and full military honors.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042.
