Phyllis (Rhodes) Beahm, 91, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She was born on Sunday, April 24, 1932 to the late Hunter and Frances (Simmers) Rhodes. She is predeceased by her loving husband since November of 2005, Lyle Beahm, Jr.
Phyllis more than anything enjoyed hosting events so she could spend time with her family or being at the river relaxing on the weekends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children: Sandra Daniels, and Tina Beahm and partner Steve Beckwith; grandchildren; Ami Zampi, Kurt Williamson, and Felecia Williamson; and two great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is predeceased by her children, Sharon Williamson and husband Kramer Williamson, Debra Brown, and her siblings.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. A time of visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the start of the service. Burial will be private at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to her church, Gravel Hill United Methodist Church, 131 Gravel Hill Rd., Palmyra, PA 17078.
